Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the return meets our quality standards.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
